Numerous Indian portals have recently reported that Mahira Khan, the renowned Pakistani superstar, is anticipating a child with her husband Salim Karim.
Indian news outlets such as News18 reported that a post appeared on Reddit suggesting that Mahira Khan could be expecting her second child. The post also stated that she has decided to step back from her significant projects, including Netflix’s ‘Jo Bachey Sang Samait Lo’ and another unnamed film.
Pinkvilla also shared on their Instagram that actress Mahira Khan is poised to become a mother of two and is anticipating her first child with her husband Salim Karim. The couple, who recently got married, captured everyone’s attention with their wedding photos.
The Reddit Post – Rumour Ignites
It started with a viral post on Reddit alleging that Mahira Khan is pregnant with her second child, her first with Salim Karim.
”So, I got this news from a close source that she opted out of the esteemed Netflix project alongside a big film as she’s expecting her second child somewhere in August or September. An announcement could be made soon or not if she chooses to announce it after birth but as she’s a big celeb and can’t keep it lowkey for long, I feel that she will announce.”

Mahir Khan Responds To The Rumours
Mahira Khan, however in a recent statement has shut down both rumours.
“It’s not true that I’m pregnant. And I haven’t left the Netflix series.” Said the starlet.
Mahira opted to address the speculations surrounding the pregnancy rumors and her departure from the Netflix series. Dismissing the rumors, she clarified in an interview with Express Tribune, that the rumors will most likely be refuted within the upcoming days.
