Nida Yasir’s foray into the world of fashion designing has become a highlight of her morning shows, sparking a wave of opinions on the internet.

The Good Morning Pakistan host disclosed her enrollment in a fashion course at Indus Valley University earlier this month where she shared her plans for further studies, including business courses, as she gears up to take on the fashion industry.

Fans were quick to notice how the host is already leveraging her fan base to market her apparel business titled Ynida Clothing.

Contrary to her delight, people were of the impression that Nida’s fashion sense is rather old fashioned.

After a batch of shalwar kameez, the hostess experimented with a saree but the reactions are again nothing encouraging.

Some observers compared her saree choices to household items like bedsheets, quilt covers, and curtains. The list went on.

Some called it a smart choice, justifying that finding the right fit is a real struggle.

The critiques did not just stay restricted to the saree and extended beyond the saree experiment to encompass other dresses from Nida’s line.

Many expressed discomfort with the idea of Nida modelling her own clothing, deeming it inappropriate for her age.
