Can you imagine Millie Bobby Brown, our very own Eleven from Stranger Things, is now a parent? Turns out, Brown and Bongiovi decided to adopt a girl, leaving her fans in a state of frenzy.
The 21-year-old actress shared her joyous news on Instagram together with her 23-year-old husband, Jake Bongiovi. “This summer, we embraced our lovely baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to start this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in peace and secrecy,” She ended her post with, “And then there were 3.”

The couple got married in a small wedding in May 2024. They later organised a bigger party in Italy to include friends and family in their happiness. Brown is also getting ready for Stranger Things’ last season, which Netflix is scheduled to release on November 26.
Discussing Adoption
Brown said she wanted to have children in a March 2025 episode of the SmartLess podcast featuring Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, and Sean Hayes. She stated, I’m still quite young, but my mother really had her first child at 21 and my father was 19, and you know, it’s been my thing since before I met Jake.
“I wanted to be a mother just like my mother was to me and… my grandmother is; she was a big influence in my life,” she said. She also discussed adoption on the podcast, claiming she saw no distinction between adopting and having a biological child.
Having your own child, you know, is not at all distinct from adopting, she said. For me, like, my house is full of love for everybody and anything, therefore Jake and I stand by, ‘The door is always open.’
Though they did not go into more detail regarding the adoption, the couple’s choice shows their dedication to creating a loving family together.
