Food, fashion, music, and women-led enterprise will take centre stage at the Karachi Women Festival, set to light up the Moin Khan Cricket Academy in DHA Phase 8 on September 12 and 13.
The festival opens at 4 p.m. on both days and runs late into the evening until 12 AM, bringing together food stalls, shopping areas, and live music in a vibrant two-day celebration. The ticket price starts with PKR 850 and will be available on gates.

This year’s lineup includes popular acts such as Talha Anjum and Talhah Yunus (better known as the Young Stunners), Shayan Ahmed, Havi, and Hamza Khan. Alongside the performances, a major highlight will be the presence of local entrepreneurs, startups, and home-based businesses, many of them women-led.
However, keep in mind that the event is not women only and also allows families as well as mixed groups.
Festival stalls will showcase a variety of crafts, fashion, and lifestyle products, complemented by a diverse range of food vendors (Crumble is also among the vendors). Families can enjoy dedicated play areas for children, while pet owners are welcome to bring their animals on leashes, provided they take responsibility for them.

Why a Women’s Festival?
Though open to the wider public, the Karachi Women Festival is designed around the theme of women’s visibility and participation in commercial and cultural spaces. Its name reflects this mission, positioning the event within a growing movement in Pakistan that celebrates women’s economic and creative contributions.
The 2025 edition builds on the success of previous festivals, which have steadily expanded in scale and audience. This year, the Moin Khan Academy was chosen for its spacious layout and infrastructure suited to open-air events.
Scheduled in September, the festival also aligns with Karachi’s late-summer cultural calendar, a season increasingly marked by outdoor expos, concerts, and community gatherings.
