The news of Pakistani actor Feroze Khan’s divorce sent shock waves throughout the entertainment industry and among his fans. This also raised concerns about the acclaimed “Khuda Aur Mohabbat” actor’s inability to provide financial support for his children.
This concern emerged last year when Feroze Khan’s lawyer informed the court that the actor was facing financial challenges, partly due to allegations against him.
“He is not getting big projects,” the lawyer told the court, adding that Feroze will cooperate with Aliza if the father gets big projects in future.
“We hope that madam Aliza and her family will play a positive role in solving the case respectfully,” the lawyer assured.
However, a recent update has altered the narrative.
Aliza Sultan, the former wife, addressed recent speculations if Feroze Khan still isn’t fulfilling his financial responsibilities towards their children.
In an Instagram question and answer session, Aliza Shah clarified that the father has taken on half of the financial responsibility for their children.
This development comes after a court settlement in December 2022, during which Aliza’s lawyer had asserted that Feroze Khan had not contributed a single penny towards the financial support of his children, placing the entire financial burden on the mother.
Feroze Khan and Alizeh Sultan got married in 2018 and welcomed their first child in 2019, followed by the birth of their daughter in 2022.
The couple got divorced in 2022, with Alizeh Sultan accusing Feroze Khan of subjecting her to violence.
