Recently, in an audience interaction, an artist and designer asked Amna Ilyas if she would like to work on a new script he is working on. Ahmed had made his opinion clear that he wouldn’t mind acting in the film and Ilyas also agreed, saying that she will look forward to it for the role provided the script is good. But at the same time, she said that she would consider financial factors before choosing the offer.
Ilyas further agreed that, like she has worked with several other directors in the past, the terms of the contract, and the amount of pay are very important factors. She said that the prospect of receiving a competitive paycheck would surely be added to the equation.
