Love him or mock him, you can’t disagree that Sahir Lodhi is not just a mere celebrity, he is an icon of Pakistan. The literal vibe. His unfiltered personality and dramatic monologues have always made him impossible to ignore.
Let’s revisit some of the most iconic moments of our Pakistani SRK.
Aap Mujhey Gun Dikhao Mein Apko Maaf Kardoonga
Ah yes, I refuse to believe that you haven’t seen this one. Our iconic host, once very confidently, threw shade on someone (I don’t know who) and said, “Aap mujhey gun dikhao mein apko maaf kardoonga, lekin aap mujhey attitude dikhao mein apko kabhi maaf nhi karoonga“. Bars, literal bars. The confidence? The dialogue delivery? Iconic. Wish we could have seen all this in his debut film Raasta too.
Anways, our SRK 2.0 gave more content to all the twitter “sigma boys” and dank memers alike. Love him for that.

Interview With Shah Rukh Khan
This was the first time we ever saw SRK and Sahir Lodhi in one frame. And we couldn’t help but be amazed at the similarities of the both. Especially appearance-wise. Even Sahir mentioned it in front of King Khan, to which SRK never really replied. Understandable. After all, he is the doppelganger of our national icon, Sahir Lodhi.

“Raasta”, His Film That We Never Recovered From
He wrote, directed it and starred in it. That’s the real King Behaviour. Raasta was supposed to be his magnum opus, but ended up being an unintentional comedy classic. With action scenes that defy physics, dialogue that challenges logic, and a plot that somehow… exists. This film was so uniquely bad it became a cult favourite.

Running Away As Soon As He Hears Gun Shots
Oh yes, how can we ever forget this one. Sahir bravely claiming that till he has an ounce of blood left in his body, he will stand firm and will stay where he is, on his nation’s soil like the brave man he is. Then we hear some gunshots on the set and guess who was the first to run away? Sahir Lodhi.
Can we blame him though? I would have definitely done the same. All brave and big talk but be the first to run away. Everyone saves themselves. Peak patriotism.

Dances His Heart Out Like Desi Uncles on Weddings
You haven’t lived until you have seen Sahir Lodhi break into a spontaneous dance just like desi uncles in weddings or a 7-year-old kid. Knees on the floor, dancing with arms wide open, he is THE SPIRIT ANIMAL. Expressions? Intense. Dance steps? Questionable. Aura? 100% Iconic.
In a country full of serious news and serious people, Sahir gives us much-needed comic relief… whether he means to or not. And honestly? That is what makes him amazing!
