The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted this change of weather and has announced that not just Karachi but other areas of the country too will witness showers.
Today, rain and thundershower with gusty winds are expected at isolated places in Bannu, D.I. Khan, D.G. Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Sukkur, Larkana, Sh. Benazirabad, Kalat divisions and Kashmir.
For Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan; the Met has predicted July 1st to be the start of monsoon rains in those areas.
