According to Pakistan Metrological Department, rainy weather is likely to kickstart from Tuesday in different areas of Pakistan.
However, no showers are likely to hit Karachi and there is only 20% chance of rain in the city.
As per MET’s forecast, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is likely to enter in Balochistan on Monday and likely to affect during next 24 hours.

However, light rain is expected at a few parts of the country, chances of rain in Quetta and Zhob divisions 60%, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions and Kashmir 30%, Hazara, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan 20%. Light snowfall over the hills is also expected in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan during the period.
