Whatsapp keeps raising the bar with every passing update! The world is loving the ‘delete message within 7 minutes option’ and now the application has hinted about another major development that will be ardently welcomed by its users all over the globe.

It gets really annoying for Whatsapp users to close down a chat just to watch a Youtube link sent by a friend. We are directly directed to the YouTube website or any companion smartphone app whenever a video link is tapped.

But won’t it be cool if you can view Youtube videos within the messaging app?

Now the Facebook-owned app has finally addressed the woes of its fans and is all set to roll out YouTube integration within the messaging window.

A Hidden code introduced in WhatsApp version 2.17.40 indicates that there is surely a  planned integration with YouTube.

According to WABetaInfo, users can click on the video to enlarge it within a chat window, or open the YouTube video fullscreen.

Here’s how it will look like!

Users will now be able to keep the conversation going all while they are watching a video.
