This isn’t the first time the famous starlet has risen her voice for the country! Her successful HUM TV drama Udaari managed to highlight a very taboo subject of child sexual abuse in Pakistan. Based on a bold subject, the drama amazingly exposed the heartbreaking truth of our society.
The boldness with which the drama was showcased is merely commendable. Since the very first episode, the serial Udaari has aired controversial scenes, bold dialogues and had brilliant actors, like Urwa, Farhan and Ahsan Khan, reaping in high doses of primetime ratings.
Urwa has made her mark in the industry at a very young age and by expressing her undying faith in her country the girl has managed to rope in even more fans!
