It has been always 3 years now since the 11th gen Toyota Corolla first made it to the streets of Pakistan. Since its launch, the model has done fairly well and has successfully managed to sell over 100,000 units.

However, since the competition will now see foreign competitors like Nishat Hyundai and KIA, the tech-giant has decided to take it up a notch and bring a tough ride into the markets by introducing Toyota Corolla Altis Grande 2018 Facelift.

During 2015-16 Honda managed to sell 25,726 vehicles during that period, this includes sales of both Honda City and the Honda Civic, meanwhile, Toyota sold 57,452 Toyota Corolla units during that same period.

According to the source, the Atlis Grande Facelift has become a bit more aggressive in terms of looks. The facelift has a powerful and dynamic look which can be caught at first glance.

According to a source, the front has received slightly slimmer lights with integrated LED daytime running lights and Bi Beam LED headlights nestled between a new slimmer front grille, the front bumper features a sportier design language with sharper lines and creases.

It also has the inclusion of the large trapezium shaped intakes and the raised lip of the bumper that looks like a front air diffuser are defiantly designed touches that are usually found on more expensive sports sedans.

Auto Reserve Link Mode

A source has stated that the Toyota Corolla Atlis Grande Facelift version might even get the Auto Reserve Link Mode which enables drivers to engage the backup camera as well as automatically shifting the side mirrors so that the driver has a better view of his/her surroundings.

Smart Key Integration

The Atlis Grande has received an impressive tech-update. Not only are the door handles integrated with Smart-Key technology, even the trunk can be opened using the fob. It is also equipped with a push button start system, a sports mode button that will presumably stiffen up the vehicle’s suspension, and make the steering and throttle response sharper.

The Inside

The interior has received an updated 9-in infotainment centre with a webcam, front and rear camera integration, WiFi hotspot, force limiters as well as ISOFIX child seat anchors, USB ports for both back and front seats, and a newly designed Optitron instrument cluster.
