Tipu Sharif is more than just a brilliant actor and singer; he is also a humanitarian at heart. He has been active with various charitable organizations working for the not-so-fortunate within our society.
After his recent excursion to Makli to conduct a football workshop for the children of the largely beggar community living there, he was spotted this Saturday at a special screening of Jungle Book at Capri Cinema organized by Bhurani Blood Bank and Capri Cinema for children affected by Thalassemia.
Tipu Sharif was there to show his support for the cause, and also to distribute lunch boxes among the children attending.
On this occasion, Tipu Sharif said he is always willing to take out time for just and charitable causes as he firmly believes it is every individual’s social responsibility and duty to give back to the community.
