The All Pakistan Restaurant Association which is the only registered apex body for Restaurants and Food in Pakistan is all set to present APRA Awards 2019 – Pakistan’s first-ever Restaurant and Food Awards on Monday, 9th December in Karachi.
APRA is the most respected restaurant authority that is licensed by Directorate General Trade Organization (DGTO), Ministry of Commerce and Government of Pakistan.
The main objective of hosting these awards is to maintain food and service excellence within the Pakistani restaurant industry through healthy competition and provide restaurants with an alternative avenue for increased recognition.
The Chairperson of All Pakistan Restaurant Association, Mohammad Naeem Siddiqui states,
“Beyond the trophies and glamour, the APRA Awards aim is to recognize and acknowledge special features of restaurants including food and service excellence, outstanding dining and delivery experiences in Pakistan by giving the public and regular patrons of APRA access to voting and having a voice that counts.
We have a total of 23 Awards, 17 of which are Customer Choice, 1 Jury Award and the remaining 5 are Special Awards. The process and criteria of selection are very transparent, everyone had a fair choice to vote and now and we are looking forward to announcing the winners at the event.”
