On the management level. Women are great leaders, there is no doubt about it. We see women take care of children, we see women leading countries, assisting men side by side, and taking full responsibility for their skills in every field.

3. The one stereotype about women that should be busted this year is…
‘Women are not strong, they need men to take care of them and cannot protect themselves.’
For one, women should not have to protect themselves from anyone, no one should be a threat to women anywhere. Two, women are much more than just a gender.

By providing equal opportunities to make women empowered. No job is difficult for women these days, and they deserve just as many chances as men in any workplace.

The fact that we are in 2022, and the world has gone on to become a very progressive version of itself, and we still need to fight for women’s rights, and educate the masses, is in fact a little sad. Women should never be alienated, men might be from Mars, women from Venus, but after all both are human beings.

7. My message to young aspiring women looking to start a career in 2022 is…
Never give up, no matter what people say. If Beyonce can get things done, so can you.
