1. This International Women’s Day, I pledge…
To engage and encourage women to value and respect themselves for their insurmountable contributions in all facets of life.
2. Across the organizational landscape, I want to see more female representation in…
Women have fair representation throughout Mondelēz Pakistan’s organizational hierarchy with strong and capable women leading across the organization. Mondelēz Pakistan has recently increased female representation in its salesforce through a thorough diversity, equity, and inclusion program directed to women at the sales force which is an area of development in the majority of the industry.
3. The one stereotype about women that should be busted this year is…
Women are equipped with the capacity to juggle many roles at once without compromising on the attention, care, and dedication that is demanded. However, they are often labeled as not making the maximum effort. This year, my message to our society is to give women a level playing field, break all biases, where women can compete fairly.
“Mondelez Pakistan Ltd is promoting gender equality and women empowerment by being cognizant of the importance of women in the organization and how they individually contribute to propelling it towards growth milestones.”
4. My organization is promoting gender equality and women empowerment…
By being cognizant of the importance of women in the organization and how they individually contribute to propelling it towards growth milestones. At Mondelēz Pakistan, diversity, equity, and inclusion remain a champion cause of its agenda towards creating a workplace with not only a fair and equal representation of women but also in providing them a conducive and supportive work environment that helps them maintain essential work-life balance.
5. I believe women can fight gender inequality at their workplaces…
By enforcing equal representation of women in all departments followed by ensuring that the integrity of women around stays intact in all respective fields of work. A woman is the most apt barometer to gauge the challenges and impediments that other women experience in corporates. Therefore, it adds greater responsibility on women to support and uplift each other within the corporate environment.
6. As for men, they can help reduce gender bias at home and work…
By coming on board to disrupt the shackles of our prevailing patriarchal social mindset, they can help share responsibilities and play the role of equal partners in all areas. It is noteworthy that men in society are the most integral influencers in promoting gender equality initiatives both at home and in the overall society.
7. My message to young aspiring women looking to start a career in 2022 is…
It is time for women to prove what we all know – they are a force to be reckoned with! I encourage the younger generation not to fear corporate life and have the courage to prove themselves, grow and develop a clear career path.
Upwards and Onwards!
