The tenth edition of the Telenor Bridal Couture week by HUM Sitarey kicked off on Saturday June 5th, 2015 and lived on till June 7th, 2015.

The 3-day Fashion Extravaganza witnessed stunning bridal collection by the top-notch designers of Pakistan who were endorsed by various celebrities; from actors to host and sports stars, the ramp was a lavish affair of heavily adorned celebs styled to perfection.

Hailed actress Mansha Pasha was seen in a collection by Ayesha Ibrahim. She looked stunning in a pink lehenga with the right amount of makeup and jewelry.

The young and sizzling Sohai Ali Abro with her trending item number walked for Shazia Kiyani looking enticing in a silver and reddish pink dress and heavy jewelry.

The perky actress Saba Qamar was seen in a beautiful Red and silver lehenga from the second collection by Shabnam Naz. The dress was embellished with sequined and booti work all over and the look was completed with beautiful traditional jewellery and very contemporary red lips. All in all, she looked magnificent.

We also saw Hira and Mani walking for Fouzia Hammad. While Hira was wearing a silver coloured dress, Mani wore a 4-piece suit with his tie complimenting the colour of Hira’s dress. Overall, the couple enticed the audience.She walked the ramp wearing a Zainab Chottani silver ghagra with short choli and a red dupatta tied to her side. The young VJ and actress looked stunning and depicted a true definition of beauty and simplicity combined in today’s time.

Sahiba Afzal was spotted in a red and black long dress with silver work on it completing her look with soft curls and a flower on her head. She looked stunning in the 90’s look.

Another actress, Sana dazzled the ramp in an Ayesha Ibrahim lehenga. She looked majestic.

Hum TV’s chronic favourite morning show host, Sanam Jung, also graced us with her presence. She looked lovely in a red and pink lehenga designed by Erum Khan. With the heavily embroided dress and her hair up in an elegant hairdo, she looked graceful.

Komal Rizvi, the acclaimed singer for the coke studio, was seen Sarah Gandapur ghagra with a short choli. The dress stood out with a unique colour combination and the singer cum actress looked exclusive in this dress and the head-piece.

Syra Yousuf, the dainty VJ and actress, was spotted in silver coloured outfit with a hot pink dupatta. She looked like the walking definition of simplicity without being too dry with her minimal makeup and elegant jewellery.

Mawra and Urwa Hocane, the cute sisters, were the showstoppers for Maria. B. The sisters looked lovely in dresses inspired by the 18th Century theme, beautifully wearing all black and white dresses and looking charming as ever.
The graceful Zhalay Sarhadi donned on a pretty lehenga choli for Sana Abbas and looked harmonious.

Aijaz Aslam, looking handsome as always, was spotted in Junaid Jamshed. He wore a  kurta embellished with intricate hand embroidery meshed with kora and dabka.

Humayun Saeed, who was his usual charming self, was spotted in a Jazib Qamar black sherwani which we carried off with elegance. Humayun Saeed, along with his cast, was there to officially launch the music of ‘Bin Roye’, the next big hit.

Along with Humayun Saeed, Armeena Khan was also spotted in a traditional ghagra choli promoting her new film, Bin Roye, and depicting the traditional culture and colours of Pakistan.

Ayesha Omer, renowned for her work in Bulbulay, was also there in a Tena Durrani Lehenga, attributing a progressive bride, who is young, beautiful and happy. Tena Durrani, through her depiction of a modern bride, has yet again won our hearts.

Last but surely not the least, the best cricketer of his time and the ever handsome, never-aging Waseem Aram was spotted with his wife. The couple was sporting an all silver code, looking beautiful and lively.

All in all, TBCW turned out to be a successful fashion gala that set the trend for upcoming wedding season.
