“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” was still top of the worldwide box office again this past weekend, taking in $72,420,000 according to an estimate for figures through January 17 published by Rentrak.
Still holding onto second place was Oscar hopeful “The Revenant,” which took $61,000,000, while “Ride Along 2,” starring Ice Cube and Kevin Hart, managed to take the third spot in its opening weekend, taking in $42,200,00.
