Microsoft’s Skype application service has gone down globally for many users owing to a technical fault with the video-calling platform’s status settings.
The engineers at the company are working anxiously to resolve the issue and will be updating the users soon.

However, instant messages for Skype as well as Skype for Web are in order and are reported to be working well.
Previously, users from UK, other parts for Europe, U.S.A, Australia and New Zealand stated to be facing problems in changing their Skype status and their contacts also do not appear to be online when they are available.
