The Sindh government has decided in a meeting to shut down shops by 7.00 pm and marriages halls are to close by 10.00pm in Karachi, reports Dunya News.
Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister Sindh said Friday that he wanted the new policy to be strictly implemented by November 1st, 2016. A meeting was chaired at the Chief Minister House to go over the implementation of these decisions.
Marriage halls and marriage functions are to end by 10.00 pm in Karachi, announced Sindh government. The government has given permission to serve no more than three dishes at the wedding functions.
Ministries of Labor and Industries have been asked to make sure new policies are implemented. The reason why marriage halls and businesses will close early is because this way a lot of electricity and other resources will be saved.
