Samsung India recently rolled out its latest TVC for the new campaign, #SamsungService. The brand underlines its vision which promises to get excellent customer services to people from far-flung areas following the tag-line, “we’ll reach you wherever you are.”
The heart-wrenching tale is set in the Himalayas and starts off with a young blind customer calling the Samsung service representative to fix her TV. He then encounters various obstacles in order to reach the customer showing the determination Samsung has towards its clients.
The brilliant ad has already received more than 30 million views on Youtube becoming an internet sensation.
