Bajrangi Bhaijaan has landed in yet another pickle! Torn between his Muslim and Hindu and Pakistani and Indian fans, Salman Khan is facing yet another problem over the release of his upcoming movie, Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Last week, a message on popular networking app Whatsapp went viral against Salman Khan that shows a television screenshot, with a message quoting Khan’s challenge to the Muslim community.

According to the message, Khan has claimed that his movies can be a hit without Muslim fans support and that he had the title of the upcoming movie changed from Khan Bhaijaan to Bajrangi Bhaijaan on purpose.

As communal tension rose across borders, everyone’s favorite Bhai has denied any association with the message and has registered a complaint against the culprits at the Cyber Crime Cell of the Mumbai Police. He also took to Twitter to clear his position with his fans across the globe.

This is not the first time that the movie has faced an issue over its title. Previously, the Indian right-wing Hindu fundamentalist organization, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), along with its youth wing, Bajrang Dal, had sent a legal notice to change the title of the movie, to Salman Khan and director of the movie, Kabir Khan, with threats of massive protests.

The 49-year-old actor responded to the notice by stating, “If they are a religious group then the basic thing they should know that every religion respects the other person’s religion.”
