Philips has launched two new smartphones Sapphire S616 and Sapphire Life V787 with anti-blue displays that help users avoiding eye strains.
It was revealed in a report that blue light coming out of the smartphone screens possibly causes insomnia and eye fatigue. Philips worked out to bring up smartphones with ‘Anti Blue Displays’ that reduces blue light coming out of smartphones up to 86 percent.

The company worked with a new technology SoftBlue in developing these two phones.
Both these phone differs in display size, screen pixels, and battery power and thus consequently on prices, otherwise built and designed on the same home-brewed tech of Philips.
Initially, both phones will be sold in China only by the end of this month and then expected to go in other markets.
