Pakistan Advertisers Society, a not-for-profit industry body and organizers of PAS Awards that were launched last week has announced Ehsan A. Malik, CEO, Pakistan Business Council (PBC) as the Jury Chair for its 2017 awards program.
Malik, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and alumni of the Wharton and Harvard Business Schools are considered to be one of the leading stalwart of the industry.
Prior to joining PBC in January 2016, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Unilever Pakistan for nine years. Over a 24 year career with Unilever, he has also served as a CEO of Unilever Sri Lanka and earlier led the consolidation of Unilever’s regional businesses in Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and Sudan.
Malik also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Abbott Laboratories Pakistan Limited, IGI Life Insurance Limited, National Foods Limited, Gul Ahmed Textiles Limited and International Industries Limited.
