The Lahore City authority is planning for a major development project for Punjab’s Paris. The city is all geared up to have its own set of Twin Towers. The multi-billion project consists of two 28 storey high towers boasting of amazing panoramic views and a grand rooftop restaurant!
The twin towers will become the biggest commercial hub in the city and are going to be located on Jail Road. It will spread over an area of 22 Kanals and will cost the LDA around PKR. 4.5 billion.
The Multi-Billion Project has various features to look forward to these include:

- Offices
- Rooftop Restaurant
- Food Street
- Cinema
- Showrooms
Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director, General Zahid Akhter Zaman also met over a 100 Chinese and Turkish investors to ask them to invest in the project upon the directions of the Punjab Chief Minister.
The LDA has invited expressions of interest (EOI) from various companies for the construction of the twin towers on a joint venture basis. LDA will be providing the land for the project while the company which will work as a private partner will be responsible for the designing, marketing, sales, management, financing, and construction.
The deadline for submission of EOIs for the project is on the 24th of May.
