Muhammad Rashid, a super talented Martial arts student from Pakistan has broken his own e World Guinness Record for Most bottle caps removed with the head in one minute, with an incredible 61. Rashid, alongside his assistants Mujtaba Hassan Mughal and Syed Junaid Rehan smashed his previous record of 40 bttles which he accomplished during the Punjab Youth Sports Festival 2013, in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan in 2013.

A Blackbelt holder from Pakistan, Rashid holds many Martial Arts records including, Most walnuts crushed with elbow in one minute (128),Most spins of a fire staff in one minute (188) and Most clay sporting targets broken in one minute by nunchaku (158)
