While talking about the school in need of funds, Hamna stated that the particular campus has a 47% female enrollment and is expected to see an increase in the number of students from 176 to 194 next year.
Hamna, currently employed at Dawn, draws inspiration from her parents. Her late father, Zarrar Rahim Zubair had worked in the education sector for over 30 years and had been a staunch supporter of running for a cause.
Combining her father’s two passions, Hamna hopes to raise enough money to fund the TCF School via the fundraiser website Indiegogo. “Every dollar donated will motivate me to take that extra step towards the finish line – I’m counting on your support!”
