At the Press Event, the female protagonist of the movie, Amna Ilyas stated, “It is a fantastic experience being able to work with Michael (Hudson) and such a talented international cast and crew on home ground.”

The British, Award-Winning Director, Michael Hudson, made a comment about the emerging film industry in Pakistan by saying, “Pakistan is currently experiencing a rebirth in cinema as it begins to tell its stories and find its voice.” The film is mostly in English and it is segmented towards a specific niche Pakistani Audience.

The movie is being filmed from the past one and a half years. It is set to release around Ei d-ul-Azha, not just in Pakistan, but also worldwide in other countries including Argentina, parts of Europe, India and other countries.

Kamran Faiq, the youngest Pakistani Filming Professional to attend Venice Film Markets, stated that, “The unique thing about this film is its narrative. When I was approached by Michael to participate in this project as an actor and a producer, what struck me most about the film was the way it was written. It indulges the audience with the action on-screen. Working on this film with Amna (Ilyas), Javed (Sheikh) Sahib, (Adnan Shah) Tipu and Rehan (Sheikh) was an exceptional experience.”

The movie has a very catchy and compelling tagline that says you’ll do anything you can to survive, but then comes living with it.
