Liquid Death’s $75 ‘Pit Diaper’ Lets You Pee During Concerts

Liquid Death's Pit Diaper

Liquid Death’s new product, the $75 “Pit Diaper,” has become an overnight sensation, selling out within 24 hours of its release. Co-created with Depend, the leading adult incontinence brand, the “Pit Diaper” solves a niche but relatable issue for concertgoers: bathroom breaks during live performances.

The Viral Moment That Sparked a Solution

The product was launched at the same time as a bizarre incident that went viral at Sabrina Carpenter’s concert in San Francisco’s Chase Center. In footage that swept TikTok, a woman was filmed allegedly urinating in the middle of the tightly packed crowd. The scene—a mix of disbelief and awkward hilarity—quickly became the talk of social media. Attendees shared their experiences and jokes, holding makeshift signs that read, “I got peed on in the pit to see Sabrina.” This highlighted the sacrifices fans make for prime spots.

While shocking, the incident underscored a long-standing concert dilemma: fans in mosh pits and front rows face tough decisions when nature calls. Leaving their hard-earned spot for a bathroom break often means sacrificing their position, making solutions like the “Pit Diaper” both humorous and surprisingly practical.

A Practical and Rock-Inspired Accessory

The “Pit Diaper” is designed with leak-proof technology, odour-neutralising materials, and absorbent padding to manage what Liquid Death cheekily calls “recycled water.” Adjustable sizes ensure a secure and comfortable fit for concertgoers braving long hours in packed venues.

What makes it, however edgy is its design. With black pleather, metal studs, and rock-inspired chains, the “Pit Diaper” represents functionality meeting style, therefore appealing to the fans’ desire to maintain on-brand even at a high-energy concert.

Game Changer to Live Music Fans

Although the notion sounds preposterous, with tickets selling out so rapidly, the appeal is valid. The “Pit Diaper” provides concert enthusiasts with an unconventional yet surprisingly effective solution to ensure they’ll no longer have to choose between bathroom breaks and their favourite song.

Liquid Death’s bold marketing, combined with its viral cultural moment-tapping sensibilities, has solidified its commitment to humour, practicality, and countercultural vibes. Who knows, the “Pit Diaper” could be destined to become a wardrobe staple in the pantheon of devoted fan gear.

In an event landscape that’s becoming only more immersive, and utterly unpredictable, a solution of this sort will redefine being front-row ready.

Pakistan to Promote Marine Cooperation: President Zardari

Marine Cooperations

President Asif Ali Zardari reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to building maritime cooperation in the Indian Ocean. He commented that to unlock the full economic and strategic potential of the ocean collective efforts are needed.

Speaking through a video link from the 3rd China-Indian Ocean Regional Forum on Blue Economy Cooperation, the president of Pakistan outlined some pressing issues like climate change, pollution of the world’s oceans and degradation of these ecosystems, which transcend country borders, and require addressing together by regional stakeholders.

Promoting Peace, Development, and Sustainability

Pakistan, he noted, envisions the Indian Ocean region as a symbol of peace, development, and sustainability. He believes that strengthening partnerships with neighbouring countries and key global players will enhance cooperation in the maritime sector, and lead to long-term regional prosperity.

Developing Gwadar Port, a flagship of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, is one of the critical aspects of Pakistan’s maritime vision. As President Zardari said it is fast turning into a hub of regional connectivity. Gwadar Port is expected to not only add muscle to trade routes for Pakistan but will also fuel growth in the maritime economy in the entire region.

The Growing Influence of Eastern Economies

The President also mentioned the increasing worldwide power of Eastern economies, most notably in Asia. The future global economic growth is going to depend on how prosperous and cooperative these countries, hosting a major part of the population of the world, are, with China and other regional nations.

Pakistan’s Vision for a Thriving Maritime Future

Given these opportunities, Pakistan is looking to become a significant player in maritime trade and sustainable development. With the help of its strategic location and international cooperation, it will work on shared challenges with regional economic integration.

President Zardari’s remarks underline a greater vision: a connected, peaceful, and economically thriving Indian Ocean region. The issues related to environmental challenges have been tackled. Sustainable blue economy initiatives are being prioritised with the hope of paving a path toward a resilient maritime future beneficial to all regional stakeholders.

The Indian Ocean—the artery that is vital to global trade—holds much potential. Through platforms such as the China-Indian Ocean Forum, countries can collectively harness this potential, hence ensuring stability, sustainability, and progress for generations to come.

Delhi-NCR Implements GRAP-3 Amid Rising Pollution Levels

Delhi-NCR Implements GRAP-3 Amid Rising Pollution Levels

The air quality in Delhi has once again deteriorated. Due to these increased pollution levels, Delhi-NCR has initiated GRAP-3. The GRAP for Delhi-NCR is divided into four stages of air quality:

  • Stage 1 for “poor” Air Quality Index (AQI) ranging between 201 and 300
  • Stage 2 for “very poor” AQI of 301-400
  • Stage 3 for “severe” AQI of 401-450
  • Stage 4 for “severe plus” AQI (more than 450).

Key Restrictions Under GRAP-3

With this order, schools up to class 5 in the Delhi-NCR region will switch to hybrid mode. To eliminate dust around the city, authorities have placed automated water sprinklers and road sweepers. Furthermore, diesel generators are only to be utilised in an emergency because they are another major source of pollution.

Impact of Pollution on Health

The purpose of these measures is to minimise the amount of dangerous pollutants in the air, particularly particulate matter, which is a serious health risk for children, the elderly, and those with respiratory problems.

Delhi’s Cold Wave Makes Things Worse

The ongoing cold wave in Delhi is increasing pollution, as stagnant, cold air, is confining pollutants to the ground, preventing them from dispersing. Furthermore, even though temperatures are predicted to slightly increase to about 23°C, the chilly weather is predicted to last, making pollution control more complicated.

As the city suffers from poor air quality and chilly weather, the implementation of GRAP-3 is an important step to protect public health. Authorities are also urging citizens to limit outdoor activities and to take precautions.

Has Virat Kohli Lost His Edge? Cricket Legends Weigh In

has-virat-kohli-lost-his-edge-cricket-virat-kohli-out-of-fab-four-ricky-ponting-thinks-so

Virat Kohli is no stranger to scrutiny. As one of cricket’s greatest modern-day players, every inning of his is analyzed under a microscope. But this time, the chatter is louder, and the critics are sharper. Kohli’s recent struggles in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy have left fans and experts wondering—has the Indian maestro lost his edge?

A Rough Patch for the King

Kohli’s performances against Australia in this series have been far from his usual standards. His most recent dismissal—a tentative edge off Josh Hazlewood for just three runs—adds to the growing list of underwhelming scores: seven, 11, and three in his last three innings.

What’s more troubling is the pattern. Most of Kohli’s dismissals have come from deliveries outside the off-stump. It’s almost as if the once-impervious batter has developed a glaring vulnerability.

Read More: Fakhar Zaman Needs To Let His Bat Speak: Shoaib Akhtar

Allan Border’s Concerns

Australian cricket legend Allan Border didn’t hold back in his assessment of Kohli’s form. Speaking to Fox Sports, he pointed out what many have noticed.

“Today’s dismissal, that’s normally a delivery he would have left alone if he was in his best possible form,” Border remarked. “I’m not sure what’s going on with Virat mentally (and) whether he’s just lost that edge.”

That’s a heavy statement coming from someone like Border, who has seen Kohli dismantle world-class bowling attacks with ease.

Michael Vaughan’s Perspective

Former England captain Michael Vaughan also chimed in. He doesn’t believe Kohli has been undone by unplayable deliveries, or “jaffas,” as cricketing jargon goes.

has-virat-kohli-lost-his-edge-cricket

“He’s a player who’s going out there (and) almost trying to get on top too soon,” Vaughan explained. “When he plays at his best, particularly in Australia and England, he just leaves the ball. Most of his dismissals in this series have been balls that he could have left.”

Vaughan’s point hits home. Kohli’s hallmark has always been his patience—knowing when to attack and when to leave. The fact that he’s chasing wide balls shows a lapse in either judgment or confidence.

It’s worth noting that Virat Kohli did score a century earlier in the series. For a brief moment, it seemed like the King was back. But since that high, his form has dipped alarmingly.

The inconsistency is baffling, especially for someone of Kohli’s caliber. Fans are left asking: what’s going wrong? Is it mental fatigue, technical flaws, or just a bad phase?

Zindigi and Islamic Relief Pakistan Partner to Transform Humanitarian Aid Through Digital Innovation

Zindigi’s commitment to harnessing the power of digital technology to make a meaningful impact said Atif Ishaque.

Islamabad, December 17, 2024: Zindigi, powered by JS Bank, has partnered with Islamic Relief Pakistan to transform delivery of humanitarian aid through advanced digital solutions across Pakistan. This initiative streamlines disbursements, ensuring transparency and efficiency for beneficiaries across four provinces, 40 cities, the federal capital, and Azad Kashmir, making aid faster, more reliable, and impactful for vulnerable communities.

Beyond digitizing disbursements, the collaboration is rooted in addressing systemic challenges, with an emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and engaging with the Global Climate Fund (GCF). Together, the two organizations plan to expand their reach into critical areas such as healthcare, women’s empowerment, climate change, food security and livelihoods, access to clean water, and targeted programs for orphans and youth.

Central to the partnership is the integration of Zindigi’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS), which will optimize HR operations and payroll management for Islamic Relief Pakistan.

“This partnership exemplifies Zindigi’s commitment to harnessing the power of digital technology to make a meaningful impact,” said Atif Ishaque, Chief Business Officer at Zindigi. “By partnering with Islamic Relief Pakistan, we are not just enabling operational efficiencies; we are amplifying the scale and effectiveness of their humanitarian efforts across the country.”

Both organizations share a vision of leveraging technology as a tool for transformative change. The partnership is positioned to deliver a dual benefit: improving the transparency and efficiency of aid distribution while empowering communities to overcome systemic challenges. With a focus on sustainability and scalability, Zindigi and Islamic Relief Pakistan aim to set a new standard for impactful collaborations in humanitarian and development work.

This strategic alliance underscores the growing importance of technology in addressing complex social challenges and highlights the potential for public-private partnerships to create meaningful, long-term solutions.

Fakhar Zaman Needs To Let His Bat Speak: Shoaib Akhtar

fakhar-zaman-breaks-ties-with-saya-after-babar-azam-tweet-could-fakhar-zaman-be-pakistan-white-ball-captain

The ongoing debate about the exclusion of Fakhar Zaman from Pakistan’s cricket team has sparked fresh conversations in the cricketing world. Once a match-winner for Pakistan, Fakhar now finds himself on the sidelines, left out of the national squad and even the PCB’s central contracts.

Former fast-bowling legend Shoaib Akhtar, never one to mince his words, has stepped into the discussion. Speaking on a local news channel, Akhtar didn’t hold back as he criticized the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for sidelining Fakhar.

“He [Fakhar Zaman] is a good, mature, and committed player, but you’ve unnecessarily benched him due to ego battles,” Akhtar said.

Read More: Former Cricketer Slams Babar Azam-Mohammad Rizwan’s Opening Pair

Is Fakhar a Victim of Internal Politics?

Akhtar’s claim about “ego battles” within the PCB raises eyebrows. While it’s not uncommon for off-field dynamics to affect players’ careers, the idea of personal biases keeping a player of Fakhar’s caliber out of the squad is troubling.

“Even if you don’t play him now, you will need him sooner or later—if not today, then tomorrow,” Akhtar added.

And honestly, can anyone argue? Fakhar’s record speaks for itself. He’s a natural game-changer, someone who can single-handedly shift the momentum of a match. His aggressive approach at the top of the order has often been the spark Pakistan needed in white-ball cricket.

fakhar zaman

Rizwan’s Take: No Personal Bias

While Akhtar points to egos, Pakistan’s white-ball captain Mohammad Rizwan has a different perspective. Rizwan has publicly denied any notion of bias influencing Fakhar’s exclusion.

“I think the whole of Pakistan knows Fakhar Zaman, and there’s nothing personal about him that makes anyone feel like he’s being treated unfairly,” Rizwan stated in a video released by the PCB.

He further emphasized Fakhar’s value to the team, calling him a “game-changer” and a “character” Pakistan can rely on. So, what’s really going on here?

What Fakhar Zaman Needs to Do?

Akhtar also had some advice for Fakhar. The Rawalpindi Express believes the left-hander needs to let his performances do the talking.

“Fakhar should understand that he needs to let his bat speak. Avoid unnecessary statements and prove yourself with consistent performances,” Akhtar said.

It’s sound advice. In cricket, as in life, actions often speak louder than words. Fakhar’s career has had its ups and downs, but there’s no denying his potential. A string of solid performances in domestic or franchise cricket could make it impossible for selectors to ignore him.

For context, Fakhar Zaman last played for Pakistan during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in June 2024. Since then, he’s been overlooked for tours to Australia, Zimbabwe, and now South Africa.

VPN Ban Postponed, No New Deadline Announced

PTA can but won't block VPNs, says telecom regulator chief

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Chairman Major General (retd) Hafeez Ur Rehman clarified that the regulator will not block virtual private networks (VPNs) despite having the capability to do so. Speaking at the launch of PTA’s annual report 2024, he stated, “We had said earlier that we can block VPNs, but we won’t do it.” This announcement follows the government’s decision to extend the VPN registration deadline beyond November 30, with no new date announced yet. Sources indicated that the lack of legal grounds might have contributed to this decision. The PTA chief also confirmed, “We did not block any VPN till today. Nothing could be hidden from the people in this era.”

Addressing internet-related issues, the chairman explained, “We don’t have an answer when we are asked about internet shutdown owing to national security.” He stressed that such questions should be directed to policymakers. The PTA has streamlined its VPN registration process, enabling freelancers, software houses, banks and call centers to register through its official website by providing basic details like CNIC, company information and taxpayer status.

Adidas Drops its First- Ever 100% AI Made Campaign

Adida's Flora

Adidas has pushed the boundaries of the future in its AI-designed “floral” campaign, blending technology with creativity to craft an advertisement that is equal parts stunning and innovative. Using cutting-edge AI tools like RunwayML and MidJourney, the campaign captivated audiences with surreal and vibrant floral visuals. But beyond that lies a much broader conversation about how AI is rewriting the advertising industry, challenging artists, and redefining brand identity.

What Makes This Campaign Different?

Unlike traditional ad campaigns developed through brainstorming sessions, drafts, and manual iterations, the “floral” ad showcases AI’s ability to conceptualize and execute complex visuals rapidly. By training models on vast datasets, Adidas has tapped into AI’s power to generate visuals that are both hyper-realistic and uniquely imaginative. The result is an ad that feels futuristic yet organic, merging art with algorithmic precision.

This approach is not only about innovation; it’s a statement. Adidas is putting itself as a forward-thinking brand unafraid to experiment with the tools that will likely dominate advertising in the years to come.

AI Takes Over Advertising

AI tools like those in the campaign are revolutionising the creative process. They help make it possible for brands to create tailored, visually appealing pieces of content at scale without taking too much time and investing too much money. It certainly is valuable in an era of the expectation of personalisation and immediacy of consumers.

However, this change raises the question of what human artistry will be in the future. AI is a challenge to traditional artists and designers. Some see it as a tool to enhance creativity, while others fear it may commodify art, where originality is a product of algorithms rather than human intuition.

What This Means for Brands

For brands, AI-driven advertising is a game-changer. Campaigns like Adidas’ “floral” can trigger conversations, build intrigue, and place brands at the forefront of innovation in their industry. However, there is a thin line between embracing technology and losing authenticity. Brands must ensure that their AI creations reflect their core values and emotionally resonate with their audience.

The Allure and Emptiness of AI Reflections on Adidas's New Commercial | by Justin Dawkins | Medium
Source: Medium

The reception to the “floral” campaign is polarising. Many have praised the ad for beauty and innovation, while many others express discomfort with growing AI in creative spaces. This division emphasises the broader cultural debate surrounding AI and its impact on human creativity and identity.

Barça Legends vs. Real Madrid Leyendas: Last Gasp El Clásico Win

El ClASSICO

In a packed Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo, Barça Legends secured a dramatic 2-1 victory over Real Madrid Leyendas in an electrifying El Clásico showdown. With 45,725 fans in attendance, the Blaugranes celebrated their second win over their eternal rivals in just a month. The game was highlighted by Andrés Iniesta’s inclusion in the squad, marking a heartfelt tribute to the legendary midfielder following his recent retirement.

Dominance from the Start

Albert Ferrer’s Barça Legends dominated the early going of the game, pressing forward and creating some good chances. Xavi Hernández and Andrés Iniesta controlled the play in the midfield, whereas Rivaldo was a marvel with his trademark finesse. Javier Saviola’s superb through pass from Iniesta almost presented an opening to him for a goal, but Iker Casillas came out well and thwarted that chance.

The breakthrough finally came in the 31st minute. Mendieta won back possession, and Xavi’s inch-perfect pass found Ludovic Giuly inside the area. Giuly unselfishly squared the ball to Saviola, who calmly slotted it past Casillas, putting the Blaugranes ahead 1-0.

Real Madrid Fight Back

Real Madrid Leyendas under Camacho used a counterattacking strategy. Julio Baptista and Edwin Congo proved to be dangerous players, with the latter hitting the post in the second half. Their persistence eventually paid off when, in the 78th minute, after a collision with Rafa Márquez, Congo won a penalty. Balboa converted the spot, levelling the score at 1-1.

A Last-Minute Winner

With time running out, it seemed that the game would go into a penalty shootout. But the Blaugranes refused to settle. Iniesta, the constant creative force, launched a dangerous cross into the box in injury time. Fate then had it that Fernando Sanz inadvertently turned the ball into his own net. Thus, Barça Legends won the thrilling game 2-1 in the 93rd minute.

Why Mismatched is Going Viral – And Why it Deserves to

Why Mismatched Is Going Viral – And Why It Deserves to

As 2024 comes to an end, Netflix’s Mismatched has rapidly become one of the most talked-about series on the platform, capturing the hearts of its viewers with its charm, authenticity, and relatable portrayal of young adulthood. The series, featuring Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf, has struck all the right chords with its audience. The excitement for the new season only brings forth the question: Why is it going viral, and what makes this latest season so special?

A Smooth Transition from College to Adulthood

This new season, launched on December 13, 2024, has brought much change in the characters’ lives. After moving away from the familiar background of the Aravali Institute of Jaipur, the gang is now stuck in the city of Hyderabad, dealing with the struggles and triumphs of adulthood. As they juggle work, relationships, and self-discovery, love and ambition remain at the forefront. What’s different is that there is a new depth to it that feels both fresh and relatable.

The show particularly highlights the delicate college-to-the-world transition, something that can be overwhelming and stressful. The characters’ progress through professional challenges, especially working on their apps, trying to make them the next big thing in the tech scene, is almost parallel to how many young adults spend their days dealing with the hassle and grind of life. They have to juggle their chaotic academia with their even more chaotic love lives and at times, end up losing out on one or the other. This explains why Mismatched is so relatable and invested with emotions.

The Chemistry Between Rishi and Dimple: A Love Story That Evolves

Mismatched, at its heart, revolves around the will-they-won’t-they relationship between Dimple Ahuja and Rishi Shekhawat. Rohit Saraf and Prajakta Koli have organic chemistry that only gets better with seasons. Their dynamic as a couple, in many ways, is the biggest reason the show stays so interesting. Season 3 is about them being a little bit older, and having to make tougher choices. This season also delves deeper into their struggles, revealing vulnerabilities that make their connection even more authentic.

The show successfully evolves the relationship from an innocent college crush to a nuanced adult romance, offering fans a mix of heartwarming moments and painful, relatable conflicts. This balance between lighthearted romance and deeper emotional depth keeps audiences glued to their screens.

A Diverse Cast and New Faces Bring Fresh Energy

While fans continue to adore the original cast, the addition of new characters in Season 3 brings fresh energy into the show. The arrival of new cast members like Lauren Robinson, Garima Yajnik, and Akshat Singh brings exciting new dynamics to the familiar faces.

Why It Deserves to Go Viral

The question is why is Mismatched garnering so much attention? Relatable storylines of love, career struggles, and coming-of-age issues resonate in the modern world where the young generation is plagued by constant challenges. In the show, there’s a realistic portrayal of the triumphs and tribulations of becoming an adult, so, it becomes a comforting yet empowering watch for audiences all over the world.

The quality of writing and the direction, led by Akarsh Khurrana and Nipun Dharmadhikari, keeps the series sharp and engaging, while the cast’s performances, especially from Koli and Saraf, continue to shine. Moreover, its social media buzz has turned it into an online sensation, with fans sharing their favourite moments, memes, and relatable quotes from the show.
