Netflix is no longer offering new users a chance to make the most of its popular feature! The content streaming platform has now scrapped its 30-day free trial from its website.
Previously, Netflix offered its new subscribers a month’s worth of free access to their services and content. However, new customers around the world will now be charged directly.
According to a Netflix spokesperson, the decision was taken to create marketing promotions, especially in the UK area, to help attract new subscribers to their service and give them an excellent experience with Netflix.
Furthermore, these new customers will be able to sign up with other marketing promotions in Netflix in the future.
Earlier, there were reports from customers that deactivated accounts had been reactivated again and billed without their consent.
Reports have also surfaced that lifetime subscription for Netflix is being sold online.
Netflix has said that customer privacy and security is their top priority and that their security team is looking after the matter at hand.
