Nescafe Basement Season 4 pays homage to the folk song synonymous with the name of the great folk singer Ataullah Khan Essakhelvi, the one and only ‘Kameez Teri Kali’. Under the production of Xulfi, this song has been infused with a modern twist whilst keeping the same ‘feel good’ feelings alive. The young singer Mehak Ali sounds amazing for the soulful way she belted out the familiar tune aided by the guitars and tabla in the background. The best part being the intro with the rabab beautifully capturing the folk tune of the song.

The new talent behind this rendition features Mehak Ali on vocals, Haroon Leo on Acoustic guitar, Syed Misbah uddin on Lead guitar, Arsalan Hassan on keyboard,  Sherry Khattak on rhythm guitar, Sharoon Leo on Violin, Farhan Ali on bass guitar, Nazar Abbas on flute, Kashif Ali on Dhol, Asif Amin on Tabla and Yousuf Ramay on drums.
