UPDATE: Veet is all ready to hold auditions for its new reality show, Miss Veet Pakistan. The auditions will take place in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad on the 10th, 15th and 17th of August. Several registrations have already been received.
Led by a panel of country’s well-known celebrity judges, Aisha Khan, Aminah Sheikh, Tapu Javeri and mentored by supermodel Fayezah Ansari; contestants from all over the country will get a chance to go through a transformative journey that redefines beauty through Veet Academy.
Veet Academy is a platform that aims to give every Pakistani girl the opportunity to get trained by the country’s top celebrities and trainers and transform themselves to the very best that they can be. It will be these very girls who will be competing for the title of Miss Veet Pakistan.
“Miss Veet Pakistan is a journey of transformation of an ordinary girl to an overall star,” said Maha Changez, Brand Manager, Veet.
Veet believes that women can rise above the ordinary, and Miss Veet Pakistan aims to show that with the right training, girls can be beautifully confident in their own skin.
Forget America’s Next Top Model and Tyra Banks! Veet Miss Supermodel is back again this time with a new and a slightly more competitive reality show format. The show has launched the careers of some most successful models in the Pakistani industry such as Areeba Habib, Saima Azhar, Sadaf Kanwal and Humaira Asghar and we can’t wait for it to be back again.
Hosted by the renowned male model, Azfar Rehman, the show is set to be a bit different this time around. The reality show will be called Miss Veet Pakistan with the contestants being mentored by seasoned supermodel Fayezah Ansari whereas judges Ayesha Khan, Aamina Sheikh, and Tapu Javeri will be seen towards the end of each episode.
Like any other reality based show, the auditions for Miss Veet Pakistan are scheduled to be held this year in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad after which 12 of the most promising girls will fight it out for the title. The shooting will take place out of the country.
Talking to an entertainment site, host Azfar Rehman talked about the new format of the show and how excited he was for the new season.
“I am very excited and geared up this year since it’s a completely new format being followed; it’s something along the lines of America’s Next Top Model. I think Veet is the only authentic platform for aspiring models and I can barely wait to hear the amazing 12 stories from this year’s 12 contestants,” Azfar shared.
