Numerous development projects have been launched in Punjab. Faisalabad becomes the next city in line to get the Metro Bus facility after Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, and Rawalpindi. An IT University is also part of the series of development projects going on in the province.

Chief Minister, Shehbaz Sharif was speaking at the workers’ convention at the University of Agriculture in Faisalabad and stated that the projects would be kick started this year.

The Canal expressway has been completed and to cater the demands of the rising population the Metro Bus Project will now begin.

Here’s what Shehbaz Sharif said,

“The government of Punjab has provided a respectable mode of transport to the poor who can now travel to any part of the city by paying only Rs.20 in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Multan”

Faisalabad is Pakistan’s major industrial centers, and an IT industry will bring many benefits to the local population and industries.
