Punjab Minister for Schools Education Murad Raas is all set to launch Insaf School Program in the province from March 2019.
Under the project, evening shifts will begin in schools from the next academic year, starting in March.
Existing school buildings will be utilized for evening shift to increase the enrollment of students in the province.
The main aim of this school program is to accommodate the massive number of intending young girls and boys in their nearby government schools.
An integrated management information system (IMIS) has also been devised to provide facilities for teachers, students, and the general public.

It will enable teachers to track the status of their applications, posting/transfer etc. Meanwhile, all the required data will be available for parents to locate schools for their children in their areas.

The initiative will also provide easy transportation to students by providing them with bicycles and transport vouchers.
The program has been launched in Bahawalpur and will be expanded gradually across the province.
School Education Minister Murad Raas also stated that the first priority of the department is to renovate the dilapidated school buildings for the admission of students.
