Chairman PTI, Imran Khan has left for a two-day visit to India on Friday i.e. December 11, 2015, reports Daily Pakistan. Khan is visiting India to attend a peace conference which is organized by an Indian newspaper ‘India Today’ in New Delhi.

According to reports, Khan is one of the leading speakers at this conference and will also give interviews to Indian news channels. Earlier this week, India’s foreign minister Sushma Swaraj came to Pakistan to attend Heart of Asia conference and now Mr. Khan is ready to fly to the neighboring country.

Sources confirmed that Imran Khan received the invitation to attend the conference on Wednesday, scheduled to take place in New Delhi.

A PTI spokesman stated that Imran Khan along with Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Political Secretary Awon Chaudhry and Naeemul Haq left for India to attend the conference in a private plane.

Recently, when PCB chairman Shahahryar Khan visited India to negotiate Indo-Pak cricketing ties, it resulted in a huge turmoil as Shiv Sena attacked BCCI Headquarter to protest PCB chairman’s visit.

Now that Kaptaan Khan is visiting India, it will be interesting to see the reaction his visit will garner.
