Imran Abbas had been roaming around Turkey for some time. And the reason became clear later on when we saw him host a show with Turkish actors during Ramadan. But was that the only reason he was in the headlines this year? No. He was rumored to have gotten married; not once, or twice, but four times.

Clickbait wives

At first, it was Aleezay Shah, then it was Saboor. Well, Saboor is happily engaged to Ali Ansari now. The third clickbait gossip came out to be with Ushna Shah who trolled those rumors in return with funny videos.

Now, the fourth gossip has named Urwa Hocane as the wife of Imran Abbas. Now, the rumors have chosen very accusatory words in attempts to tarnish Urwa’s reputation. The words read: “Urwa has left Farhan to get married to Imran.”

Seriously?

The words need to be very carefully selected because these specific words imply something full of accusation. Not only are you tarnishing a girl’s name which is already a very fragile concept in our society but also feeding toxicity in your lives which is going to come back to you eventually.

Imran Abbas loses cool

Imran Abbas must have been taking it all this time but clarifying his marriage rumors every time must be taking a toll on him now. He took to his Instagram an argument that showed he has had enough.

He said that since January 2021, the bloggers have attributed four marriages to him. Additionally, he said that the people should be careful as to what rumors they are circulating because this is a shameful thing to do; attaching a co-star or friend’s name with the girl.

Movin on, he ends the post with a request to all his followers. He said that we should all unsubscribe such clickbait bloggers, channels, and social media pages so that they learn a lesson.

Celebrities are used daily for clickbait content. The only reason is that their names and faces wrap the audience. But is that the right way to go about it? It is true that they have come into the media industry which makes them public figures but does that mean that the public owns them? Do they not have the right to their privacy? It is a question we must ask ourselves the next time we click on such content. Because it is the clicks that give moral support to bloggers in maintaining this quality of content.
