The search engine giant, Google has introduced a new feature for its mobile version which allows users to bookmark and save their photos for finding again later on.

Google has added the ‘Star’ feature which enables you to save or bookmark images of your desire and organize these images by creating separate folders in ‘Collections’. Thus, you can access these photos easily whenever required and no need to run the specific search again.

All your bookmark or saved images in collections will be on virtual space of Google and not be downloaded to your devices to create a memory shortage problem.

This new feature is currently available only in the US for both Android and iOS powered devices and users must be logged in through their Google account to avail it if using any other browser than Chrome.

Bookmarking / Saving an Image:

Go to Google Image Search > Search an Image > Click on the Image > Click on the Star Icon + Save

Organizing the Saved Images:

Google Image Search > Search an Image > Click View Saved (at Bottom Right) > Select Images > Add to Collection (either existing or Create new with Name / Tags)
