The internationally renowned Pakistani designer Faraz Manan presented his Lyallpur Collection in Collaboration with Ather Shahzad at Bridal Showcase 2014/2015.
As a fashion veteran, Manan’s forte lies in the clever detailing of thread work and layering of different fabrics, which once again is clearly seen in the minute detailing and skilled handwork of Faraz’s recent most collection.
The collection hosted elegant gowns merged with traditional and exquisite bridal wear all inspired by Lyallpur’s city theme.
Manan’s Bridal Showcase 2014/2015 in association with Ather Shehzad also encapsulated the threads of Lyallpur’s history and monarchy, the city which is now commonly known as Faisalabad and is the third largest metropolis of Pakistan.
The show also comprised of Fashion presentation by top Pakistani models including Nooray, Cybil Chowdhry, Mehreen Syed, Faiza Ansari, FauziaAman, Nadia Malik, Neha Ahmed, Alizeh Gabol, Amna Babar, SadafKanwal, Sonia Nazeer, Zara Peerzada, Rabia Butt, Xilleand Shehzad Noor, Waleed and Nael.
It can be said with utmost confidence that each ensemble in Manan’s collection, paying an ode to “Lyallpur” will growl with sensuality yet retain an aura of inheritance.
