The best time of the year is right around the corner, Eid Ul Azha brings with it a festival which is dedicated to feasting your heart out.
However, in order to prepare well for the all the Eid festivities, people need their paychecks in time! Good news for Pakistanis, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar announced on Thursday that all government employees will receive their salaries for the month of August before the upcoming Eid ul Azha which falls on the 2nd of September.
The Finance Ministry has directed authorities to pay all government employees by August 28th.
This year, Eid holidays have been announced by the Interior Ministry from September 1st to the 4th of September. All offices will remain closed during this period.
