After the recent opening of Cine Star Multan on 21st November 2014, cinema goers in Pakistan will have a lot more screens to look forward to in the coming year 2015. With more Pakistani movies in the making, the demand for this form of entertainment is also on the rise.
Lots more cinema screens are expected to be opening in Lahore in the next six months. Grand Luxor Cinemas situated within Luxus Grand Hotel, on Edgerton Road will add two screens and a 400 seat capacity cinema courtesy the Sozo World Group.
In addition, Imperial Cinemas, located at Paragon city near the Lahore airport is also in the pipeline with two new screens and a seating capacity of 420 people. This will be managed under the banner of Mandviwalla entertainment.
Cinestar will also be adding 2 screens, Gold Class (Recliner Seats) at Xinhua Mall Lahore, near M.M Alam road.

Cinestar Township is the location of the first IMAX screen and will now add a third addition at the same site with a capacity of 200 seats.
With the rising trend of cinema goers, we can expect a lot more investment in this sector.
