With Christmas just a week away, the preparations for the festival are now gaining momentum in Pakistan. Lahore’s Church of Pakistan organized a rally in this regard, to propagate the message of peace to all religions thriving in the nation.
From kids to adults, the rally included a massive number of people from the Christian community. While Christmas is all about love and harmony, the young children gave a true example of the celebration’s spirit and distributed gifts among the poor and the passerby.
Till the eve of 25th December, the festival’s tradition and their planning will be in the air with decorations of the iconic Christmas tree and giving gifts termed as the best part of the holy occasion.
Youngsters will be eager to tell their wishes to their dearest Santa Claus, sing melodious carols and gather together to cut cake, commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ.
