Bahrain Highest Civilian Award

Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan will receive the highest civilian award, the King Hammad Order of the Renaissance in a special ceremony to be held during his visit to Bahrain.

The special assistant to Prime Minister for the overseas Zulfiqar Bukhari revealed that on Sunday morning. The PM is due for a visit to Bahrain in mid-December.

Prime Minister is due to visit three countries on his tour which will top Bahrain for a two-day visit. Right after Bahrain, he will attend a conference in Geneva on refugee rights.

This visit also includes Malaysia for a three-day visit after visiting Geneva, Switzerland conference. Zulfiqar also added:

“Prime Minister is going on an official visit to Bahrain in the mid of December where he will be conferred Bahrain’s highest civilian award”.

Before this tour PM of Pakistan had a telephonic conversation with the King of Bahrain, Sheikh Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa, in order to take him into confidence in the Kashmir crisis. He also had apprised the Bahraini king to annex India’s move in held Kashmir in violation of the UN resolutions.

Both the leaders of the countries are on the same page for Kashmir issues and opposing India’s unlawful capture and lockdown in Indian-Held Kashmir. It is speculated that the King of Bahrain will support Pakistan on the International platform to support Kashmiris independence. What are your thought on this honor to our Prime Minister?
