BOL Network is no longer under ARY management, as the agreement between the two parties has been cancelled. Sources reveal that the agreement is now void. Salman Iqbal, who made a rather daring move to take over BOL, has now announced that he will no longer hold the reigns to the project. The sudden move is termed as an unfortunate event and that the ‘agreement on management takeover could not be reached with Bol Network owners.’

The news was also posted on BOL’s official Facebook page, as can be seen below:

This sudden u-turn of Mr. Iqbal, after an official announcement, is bound to raise a few eyebrows. It seems BOL is going through some tough times and everyone is abandoning ship.

Nonetheless, Iqbal has shown his disappointment over the unfortunate issue. Moreover, he said “ARY is standing with journalist brothers at the time of need.”

“Journalists will always be welcomed in ARY,” he said.
