Apple

Apple introduced an online guide to help iPhone users keep track of the features which are available in the iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, 5C and the new iOS 7.

The set of new pages called Tips and Tricks are only dedicated to the iPhones which are available at present like the iPhone 4s, 5s and 5c.

The portions of the tips are obvious functions that have generally been shown in Apple’s promotional videos but are still added in the guide to facilitate new users.

The genuine value of Tips and Tricks guide will be seen where users overlook the function or disregard it but later on acknowledge its significance.

For example,

• The guide shows users the new swiping motions required to see the time stamp on text messages and access the new Spotlight search field.

• It shows users how the device can now make audio-only Face Time calls, a potentially under-hyped feature of iOS 7 that could save users a good deal of money, depending on their mobile plan.

And even if some users feel that iOS 7’s interface is user-friendly, the tips are particularly useful for new features like iTunes Radio, with the guide offering detailed instructions on how to navigate the new menus.

All in all, for those unwilling to push through their users’ manual, this most recent addition to the Apple website is the ideal iPhone guide sheet.
