“Aaj Ka Random” Photography Exhibition 2018 is currently on exhibit in Karachi where photographers from around the globe have participated and shared their intriguing ideas behind random pictures!
The first AKR Photography Exhibition took place back in 2016. Sharing a random photograph each day depicting a moment or an experience, was the aim behind starting this small initiative by Sajid Dadabhoy. Gradually more people joined the “Aaj ka Random” group on Facebook and now, photographers from around the world participate in this one-of-a-kind photography exhibition.
Organized by Alliance Francaise de Karachi and Fujifilm Pakistan, “Aaj Ka Random” Photography Exhibition 2018 will be on display fro a week from 29th September 2018 till 05th October 2018.
‘Aaj Ka Random’: A Photography Group on Facebook Promoting Talent & Creating Bonds
Over 90 photographers from Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, India, Malaysia, and many other countries, participated this year. The exhibition illustrates over 275 photographs submitted by participants through the Facebook group.
Architecture, nature and daily life were the theme for this year, showcasing the uniqueness and diversity that comes with random photographs, taken by people from diverse backgrounds!
