Fatima Naseem, daughter of the phenomenal Pakistani Martial Artist Rashid Naseem, has recently defeated Indian Shruti S and achieved the Guinness World Record title for “the most full contact elbow strikes in one minute using alternate elbows (female).”

Indian Shruti S had been celebrating this title since 2018 and had registered 211 elbow strikes in one minute two years ago; however, 7-year-old Fatima whitewashed Shruti’s efforts by procuring the record of 242 double elbow strikes in a minute.

Shortly after sending her entry to Guinness World Record, Fatima received their email confirming the approval of her admission. Soon afterward, Fatima’s name appeared on Guinness World Records’’ official website that read,

“The most full contact elbow strikes in one minute using alternate elbows (female) is 242, and was achieved by Fatima Naseem (Pakistan) in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, on 16 August 2020.

Fatima decided to showcase her skills after competing in many martial arts competitions in training to achieve this GWR title.”

This is the 75th contribution by the Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts towards setting new records internationally. Good going, Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts!

We hope that more youngsters emerge as Allama Iqbal’s shaheens and make the country proud by unleashing their hidden talents. After all, the future of a nation lies in the hands of its young generation. We are pretty sure that Allama Iqbal and Quaid-e-Azam are really proud of our little Fatima.
