An earthquake of 7.2 magnitude jolted northern Pakistan on Monday, as reported by ARY News.
The tremors were felt in the several cities including Islamabad, Shangla, Chitral, Peshawar, Gilgit, Haripur, Malakand division, Charsadda, Lower Dir, Chilas, Abbottabad and Swabi.
No casualties have been reported.
Indian media reported that the tremors were felt in their parts of the country as well.
This is the third earthquake generated from the same place in less than one month.
