There is no wrong time for ice cream. From the sweltering summers to shivery winters, you can always enjoy some. But with the heatwave currently gripping the entire country, the delicious cold treat is just what you need to escape. Everybody loves ice cream. Unfortunately, not everyone enjoys going out to get it. We have faced similar issues, so we decided to search for easy ice cream recipes to make at home. And not share with anyone else, of course.

1. Coconut Milk Fudgesicles


This fudgesicle is relatively easy to make and requires just a handful of ingredients.

  • coconut milk
  • baking cocoa
  • Two tablespoons honey
  • One teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt.

Mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour into molds and let freeze for 3 -4 hours. Your tasty treat is ready to eat!

2. 2 Ingredient Ice cream

Yes, you read that right. This recipe makes use of just two main ingredients, whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk. Put it in the freezer for 6 hours.  You don’t even need an ice cream maker. Here’s a video you can check out.



3. Chocolate Banana Icecream

Ok, so we aren’t too excited about the banana part, but since it is so easy to make, we can surely give it a try. Use frozen bananas and blend them in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Set aside to freeze. You can use a variety of different things instead of chocolate chips like strawberry, pineapples, etc. according to your taste.

The best thing about fruit sorbets is that they are delicious yet healthy. The low-calorie recipes are highly refreshing yet low in fat and can be enjoyed by everyone. 5. Froyos

Froyo or frozen yogurt has become immensely popular. The good news is you can quickly whip up a serving at home. From the many easy ice cream recipes, we selected this Nutella Frozen Yogurt recipe to share with you today. You will need it.

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • optional chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor except the chocolate chips if you’re adding them. When smooth, pour the mixture into a container and set aside to be frozen.
