Hum TV is another new entrant on the horizons of Pakistani Media scene. It started its test transmission on 9th of December 2004 and launched its regular transmission on 17th January 2005. Hum TV is an exclusive entertainment Channel broadly targeted at Family Audience especially females. It is the first brand of Eye Television Network. Being a pure entertainment channel, it excludes news and current affairs from the programming mix. The cornerstones of Hum TV’s programming are Soaps, Dramas and Game Shows.
