The Pakistani globetrotting starlet Mawra Hocane has become the new sensation across the border, after Mahira Khan and has signed up an upcoming Bollywood movie, tentatively titled “Sanam Teri Kasam”.
According to news released by the Indian Express, the model turned actress will be making her debut along with Harshvardhan Rane in Sanam Teri Kasam. However, the report reveals that the movie’s name remains unconfirmed.
What’s more, around 50 percent of the film’s shooting has been completed till date.

Earlier, Mawra Hocane’s fans hit frenzy as Dubai-based photographer, Paul Aiken, posted a photo of her, in a stunning red ghagra choli, from her Bollywood debut shoot.
There are no furthur details of the Ahista Ahista’s star’s Bollywood debut made public, however, it was initially reported by Express Tribune that the Pakistani star will be performing opposite Telugu actor, Harshvardhan Rane.
Rane was supposed to make his Hindi movie debut last year with the Ranveer-Deepika blockbuster, Ram Leela, however, the deal failed to materialize.
When asked about why Mawra’s picture was quickly removed from Paul Aiken’s Facebook account, Hocane stated it was due to the delay in the press release event, as reported by Express Tribune.
Furthermore, she claimed that the picture was not the official poster for the movie; it was just one of the shots from the shooting. Regarding her co-star, Hocane was all praises for Harshvardan and believes that he will win hearts both in India and across border, here in Pakistan.
While Mawra didn’t share many details, she called her debut movie “a beautiful story”, comparable to the blockbuster, Aashiqui 2.
Proud of the constant support from her family and fans, Mawra and her team are scheduled for shooting in the gorgeous Cape Town in a couple of weeks.
Apart from this much-anticipated debut, Mawra has signed up for two more Bollywood movies while she waits for the perfect script from the Pakistani film industry.
